I’m honestly not happy with the low alcohol version of this product. I had been using the regular minoxidil (orange box) from the same brand for 3 months, and my hair wasn’t falling out. But after switching to the low alcohol version, my hair started falling again after just a few weeks. I’m really disappointed; it just doesn’t seem as effective as the original. The worst part is that I bought a full one-year supply.

It was all watery, contacted customer service for new products but they just gave me a refund and said that the product was out of stock. Got a feeling that this is something they are used to hearing from their customers. Lost all belief to this company after this unfortunately.

I do think there is a little regrow of hair. I do have sometimes itching scalp. I am now using castor oil to oil my head skin/hair an hour before showering. I use minoxidil daily.
